Technology is Good But Distance From Nature Affects Our Health
As the trends are changing day to day, we spent a lot of time in front of the laptop, tablets or TV. We even don’t keep our mobile phones down from our palms. Cell phones emit radiofrequency radiations. These radiofrequency radiations can cause cancer and other health problems. As people have minimized their interaction with nature and got stuck in the digital world, that’s why they get depressed and anxious. Healthy natural environments affect human health and well-being both directly and indirectly in a positive way. Walking in the woods and cultivating a connection with nature is considered to be the best medicine for depression and any health issue. We know that it is not possible to cut off with technology and come out completely from the digital world but what we can do is that not to disconnect ourselves from nature.
